Here I will give you an honest unbiased opinion on products I like and sometimes do not like. I'll try to give you alternatives to products I don't recommend.
When it comes to recommending nutritional products I always test these on my dogs for at least 6 months prior to making any recomendations.

Some of the products I find and discover are recommendations from pet owners like you. There are so many great products that I have been fortunate to find with the help of others. If you have a product you like, please let me know.

This is an interesting study of cats that were fed raw vs cats on cooked food. The difference is remarkably. Raw food is essential for a cat's health and to support a strong immune system. Cooking the food destroys the many of the important vitamins and enzymes a cat need. I can't imagine anyone reading this would ever feed anything else than raw. The diet he commended and his 10 year study of 900 cats where: 2/3 should be raw meat. 1/3 should be raw milk. He also added a little cod liver oil.

Almost for a year now, I have tested Coconut Oil on my pets (dogs and cats) and a few others. I've seen great results and from reading books and articles I recommend adding coconut to your pets diet.
I recommend Bruce Fifer's book 'Coconut Therapy for Pets' It describes the many benefits and uses for coconut oil, internally and externally. This is not new, it has been used for centuries to heal an amazing number of health conditions. I recommend that you read this book.
It is also available on kindle.

When you follow my protocol, it can be very helpful to monitor your dog's blood sugar and ketone levels. You want your dog to stay in ketosis (fat burning mode) to deprive the glucose-dependent cancer cells for glucose. It can be difficult to know when your dog is in ketosis. If you feed high fat and moderate protein, you should be OK. But if you feed too much protein or too much fat and do not calorie restrict the diet, some of the protein and fat can turn to glucose in the liver and kick your dog out of ketosis. You would not know this unless you measured it with a blood glucose and ketone meter
There are several on the market. The one used by researcher I have talked with prefer the Precision Xtra monitor. There are some mixed reviews, but I'm told this is the most accurate one. The ketone strips are unfortunate very expensive in US I'm told that much cheaper in other countries, like Australia. I'm researching this to see if I can find more cost effective ketone strips.
You get a meter at Amazon for around $36
There is something about this product that helps picky eaters wanting to eat raw food when coming from kibble. Most dogs and cats LOVE this!
I first discovered this when switching my cats to raw. Then I tried it on dogs, and it makes them much more inclined to eat raw if they have any reservations. One of my Dachshunds will not take the apricot seeds without this.
The way I do it: I cut all the meat into smaller pieces and put it in a bowl. I add some water and sprinkle Boost Me over the food.
I also use it to make supplement 'bricks' out of coconut oil. If you have a dog that does not like to take pills or other vitamins, mix those into liquid coconut oil, add a 1/4 tsp 'Boost Me', and mix it all into the coconut oil. Freeze it for 15 min and serve the 'brick'.
This product goes well with any raw food diet. It is 100% natural and contains no carbs. That makes it perfect for my cancer protocols too. Many dogs with cancer are up in age, and they sometimes are reluctant to switch to a raw food diet. Boost Me is great for overcoming this. Try it and let me know if you have success with this. I'm not saying it will work for everyone.
Some beginner raw feeders are unsure if they are feeding a balanced diet; boost me contains many important nutrients that will help with balancing the food's nutritional content until you become more confident and educated in raw feeding.
Giving a dog pills can be difficult. You probably heard of Greenies Pill Pockets. They contain sugars that you do not want to give a dog with cancer. Pillbuddy is a great alternative.
I like this product. It used to be too soft and 'melt' in the heath. They have made great improvements and now it is much better. It is all natural and comes in two different flavors, chicken and duck. It accommodates most pill sizes. You push the pill into the pocket and squeeze it to close.
You can get these at Amazon

I absolutely love these and use them every day for:
They are magnetic, dishwasher safe, have flat base so they rest on counter without flipping over.
I highly recommend these
I have had a Dyson for 6 years and loved it. When it broke down last year I could not afford another so I started looking for a good alternative. Many recommended Shark and I eventually went with one. No regrets I know how good Dyson is and this shark clean as well as my Dyson did.
I have 6 pets and 2 cats and I vacuum wood floors and carpets daily. I really like the way it detaches so I can get under my tables and beds. The pet hair is sucked up from my carpets as well as the Dyson.
I highly recommend this to all pet owners.
I have lost count of how many different sources of Omega 3 I have used and tested over that last 15 years. For about a year now, I have used this brand and I'm very happy with it. I'm not alone, it gets amazing reviews on Amazon.
It comes in many different sizes. I like the fact that they regularly test their oil for mercury, PCB's and other toxins. Keep it refrigerated and it won't go bad. I really like the pump. It pumps out one teaspoon which is perfect for me. My cats get a little less and there is no problem controlling the pump action to the amount I use for them.
It's important to balance out the Omega 6 found in meats. Therefore, I recommend adding Omega 3 to a raw food diet. This is great stuff!
I recommend several supplements and products I use with my protocols. These are made available to registered members and are not listed here.
My protocols are the result of 16 years of study into chronic diseases in pets and should only be used with care and thorough understanding of cause and effect.
I continually research, review and test different natural products for use in improving, preventing, and reversing health issues in pets. This is constantly changing so recommending these products here would not be a responsible act from me.

Disclaimer: I'm not a medical professional and the advices I provide are based on 18 years of private research and personal experience with raw feeding and different natural remedies for keeping dogs cancer free. I always recommend seeing a professional veterinarian (preferable a holistic) if you suspect any health issues with your pet.
I lost a dog to cancer and I was determined to never let that happen again, which is why I share this information. Too many pets die from cancer and I know it can be prevented in most cases and many lives can be saved.
All I want in return is your story. I'm building an archive of success stories that will hopefully show other pet owners that there is a natural approach to beating and preventing cancer.
If you decide to follow what I suggest, you do this entirely at your own risk.
T.S.
Over the last 18 years, I have helped pet owners make the switch to raw food and I’ve helped owners that have pets with cancer to beat the disease using a natural method.
I have built up a reputation and the sheer number of owners that need help has become overwhelming. I'm doing this alone and I'm spending every free minute of my free time helping pets so they can live long, healthy lives; that's my life mission.
Sadly, I have to limit the ones I help. It breaks my heart to do so because I know what a horrible feeling it is to have a pet with cancer – I have been there. I am only able to help the ones that take part in my research project. My research and the documentation of the benefits of raw feeding, plus the many stories about how alternative natural cancer treatments and prevention
If you need help with a pet that has cancer or want to participate in my raw feeding project, please go here.
I now offer phone ? or skype ? consultations for those that have issues with their pets. For a small fee that goes to support these research projects, I will share everything I have learned over the last 20 years feeding a raw food diet and helping dogs and cats with cancer. MORE HERE
This is what I use to detox pets coming from kibble. I also use this as a prevention protocol for my own pets. I have over 16 years of experience with this and the results speak for themselves, my pets and many other are still on this.
